Trapani strengthens midfield with the arrival of experienced Dario Giacomarro
With experienced midfielder Dario Giacomarro, Trapani adds extra quality and leadership to the selection in the hunt for success in Serie D.
FC Trapani 1905 have announced the arrival of Dario Giacomarro as the latest addition to their midfield. After recently signing Andrea Petta for the backline, the Sicily team has once again succeeded in attracting reinforcements from Gela's selection.
Dario Giacomarro, born in Palermo in 1995, brings more than 300 matches experience from Serie C and Serie D to Trapani. The club praises the seasoned midfielder for his insight into the game, tactical discipline and mental strength, qualities he has developed during his career in various Italian football cities. Giacomarro achieved his highlight by winning the Serie D championship with Audace Cerignola.
Technical director Luigi Volume said: "Dario is a player who knows this competition inside and out and has already won several championships. With his technical qualities and personality, he will make a valuable contribution to the development of our team and the achievement of the set goals."
With the arrival of Giacomarro, Trapani hopes to strengthen his ambitions and play a serious role in the current season of Serie D.
