Sebastiano Rossi looks back: “The leaders at my Milan were Berlusconi, Galliani and Braida”
Sebastiano Rossi, former goalkeeper of AC Milan, spoke extensively about his time at the club in the podcast 'Derbyssimo Legends x MilanNews'. According to Rossi, Silvio Berlusconi, Adriano Galliani and Ariedo Braida were the leaders of the successful Milan. Rossi also shares insights about the team atmosphere at the time and his relationship with the fans.
In the third episode of the podcast 'Derbyssimo Legends x MilanNews', former Milan goalkeeper Sebastiano Rossi looks back on the club's golden years. Rossi emphasizes that the Milan of that period was mainly about collective leadership, but that three names stood out above all: president Silvio Berlusconi, director Adriano Galliani and technical director Ariedo Braida. “We were all leaders, but they provided the direction and inspiration,” Rossi said.
When asked whether it was more difficult to join or stay at Milan, Rossi responded: "It was more difficult to stay. Everyone had opportunities to play, but the real challenge was to keep your place."

Rossi also emphasized equality within the squad. "There were no double agendas. Everyone was equal on and off the field." About his relationship with the supporters, he says: "My character was increasingly appreciated by the fans. Sometimes I would challenge the opponents a bit, greet the away fans or give them a wink, but my intention was always to bring fun."
Looking back on his career, he has no regrets. “I have always been good at listening, learning and speaking up at the right time. I wouldn't change anything from the past.”
Rossi won almost everything during his Milan period and remains a cult figure among Rossoneri fans to this day.
