Rigaux confirms: Feyenoord close to Charles Vanhoutte's arrival

Feyenoord is concretely working on the arrival of Charles Vanhoutte. Technical director Dévy Rigaux confirmed on Thursday that the Rotterdam team wants to take over the 27-year-old controlling midfielder from OGC Nice for a transfer fee around six million euros.
