Juventus is listening to offers for Fabio Miretti to finalize the FFP accounts. Bologna are offering around €14 million and are exploring a bigger deal that could also include defender Jhon Lucumí.
Juventus is willing to listen to offers for midfielder Fabio Miretti. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport - under the direction of Giovanni Carnevali - the first transfer move in Turin is on a financial level: the club must realize a capital gain of approximately €13 million before June 30 to comply with UEFA rules and the current settlement agreement. This fits within the path towards break-even in 2027/28 and the closing of the 2025/26 financial year within the framework. Official confirmation of the new settlement is expected within a few days, which will also keep the club tightly bound to its accounts for the coming seasons.
Miretti is at the top of the list to leave. The 20-year-old midfielder is looking for more playing time and wants to take the next step. Bologna has now reported; the Rossoblù are said to be willing to offer around €14 million. In parallel, a broader construction is explored in which Jhon Lucumí can also be involved. The Colombian left-footed centre-back - a profile that Juventus can use - has a buyout clause of €28 million that can be released in July. There is currently a valuation difference between the two clubs, but Bologna is open to a discount if it concerns a larger, financially significant total deal.
On Juve's side, the desire remains to keep costs as low as possible. That is why, in addition to the discussions with Bologna, the club is keeping its ears open for other proposals that could contribute to the necessary capital gains. The outcome could determine how Juventus organizes the rest of the transfer summer: first get the numbers in order, then make sporting adjustments.
