Jorrit Hendrix returns to Fortuna Düsseldorf and signs until 2028

Jorrit Hendrix is ​​back at Fortuna Düsseldorf. The 31-year-old Dutch midfielder comes over on a free transfer from Preussen Münster and has signed a contract in Düsseldorf until mid-2028. The controller must guide the German club back to the upper regions after a disappointing last season.

Hendrix knows the area in Düsseldorf well: he already wore the Fortuna shirt in the 2022/23 season before embarking on an adventure in Australia. Last season he played for Preussen Münster, but with his contract expiring the way was open for a return. In Düsseldorf he is also reunited with trainer Alexander Ende, who is also moving from Münster to the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia.
