Endrick, the young striker of Real Madrid and who plays for the Brazil national team, has expressed his admiration for Neymar in a recent interview. Of all the Brazilian football stars from the past, such as Ronaldo, Rivaldo, Romário and Ronaldinho, Endrick names Neymar as his great idol. "Of all the legends we know, Neymar is the one whose play, whose dribbling I have seen. He is a great player, someone you look up to and enjoy watching. Neymar has that special Brazilian flair," Endrick said during his conversation with the YouTube channel Men in Blazers.
Last season, Endrick impressed during his rental period at Olympique Lyon after the winter of the 2025/2026 season. In 21 official matches, the Brazilian produced eight goals and eight assists. Partly thanks to these performances, he was selected for Brazil's national squad for the upcoming World Cup.
